Before diving into the hunt, ensure Monster Hunter Rise is properly installed on your platform. Once installed, launch the game and you'll be greeted by the title screen. The game will prompt you to create your hunter and Palamute/Palico companions. Take your time with character creation; while cosmetic changes are possible later, your initial choices define your hunter's appearance. After character creation, you'll be introduced to Kamura Village, your hub for all hunting activities.
