Mizutsune is an elegant Leviathan that glides on bubbles and uses water jets. It's very agile and can be tricky to hit consistently.

Bubble Attacks: Mizutsune creates bubbles that can inflict Bubbleblight. If hit, you'll slide around uncontrollably. Use a Cleanser or roll multiple times to remove the blight.
Water Jets: It can fire powerful water jets from its mouth, sometimes sweeping them across the area.
Tail Slides: It often slides around on its tail, performing wide-sweeping attacks. These are fast, so be ready to dodge.
Enraged State: When enraged, Mizutsune becomes much faster and more aggressive, and its bubbles become more frequent.
Weak Points: Its head and tail are primary weak points. Breaking its fins (claws) can reduce the effectiveness of some of its attacks.
Countering Bubbles: Attacking the bubbles can sometimes pop them, preventing Bubbleblight.
