Strategy
The Tobi-Kadachi is a Fanged Wyvern that generates static electricity. It's weak to Water. Its tail is its primary weapon and also its weakest point. When it rubs against trees, it charges up, making its attacks more powerful. Focus on breaking its tail to reduce its mobility and electrical attacks. Flash Pods can temporarily stun it, especially when it's airborne or charging.
