Strategy
The Pukei-Pukei is a Bird Wyvern that uses poison attacks. Bring Antidotes! It's weak to Thunder. Its tongue and tail are vulnerable points. Watch out for its poison spit, which can cover a wide area. If it eats certain plants, its poison attacks become more potent. Breaking its head or tail can reduce the effectiveness of its poison. Keep moving and don't stand in its poison clouds.
