Advanced Party Management
  • Troop Upgrades: Always upgrade your troops to higher tiers when possible. Higher-tier troops are significantly stronger and more resilient. Focus on a balanced army composition (infantry, archers, cavalry).
  • Morale Management: Keep your party's morale high by providing diverse food, winning battles, and avoiding long periods of inactivity or defeat. Low morale leads to desertions.
  • Party Speed: Your world map speed is crucial. It's affected by your Pathfinding skill, the number of foot troops, and the number of horses in your inventory. Always have more horses than foot troops to avoid speed penalties. Remove excess loot to reduce weight.
  • Companion Roles: Assign specific roles to your companions (healer, scout, engineer, trainer) and equip them appropriately. level them up!
  • Prisoners: Captured enemies can be recruited into your army or sold to ransom brokers in taverns. High Prisoner Management skill increases the number of prisoners you can hold.

A well-managed party is a powerful party, capable of taking on larger threats and traversing Calradia efficiently.
