In NBA 2K24, you can access your playbook by pressing the desated playcalling button (often the Up D-Pad) during a game. This brings up a menu displaying various play categories, such as "Quick Plays," "Set Plays," "Freelance," and "Isolation." Each category contains several specific plays desed for different situations and player strengths. For instance, "Set Plays" might include classic plays like "Pick and Roll" or "Post Up," while "Freelance" offers more fluid, motion-based offensive sets that adapt to the flow of the game.
Understanding how to read the play art is crucial. When you call a play, a visual representation will appear on your screen, showing the movement of your teammates and the intended actions.
