Chapter 1: The Way of the Ninja
- First Encounter: Muramasa's shop is unmissable shortly after the tutorial section. You'll find him in the courtyard area of the Ninja Fortress, just before you head out into the village. This is your first opportunity to purchase items like the Talisman of Rebirth or stock up on Great Devil Elixirs.
Chapter 3: Skies of Vengeance
- Hidden Alcove: After defeating the Bone Dragon and navigating the aqueduct system, you'll reach a more open area with a small, elevated platform. Look for a discreet alcove to your left as you enter this section. Muramasa has set up shop here, offering new weapon upgrades and a chance to replenish your supplies before facing the next challenges.
Chapter 4: Old Clock Tower
This chapter introduces a more permanent Muramasa location, which will serve as a hub for several subsequent chapters.
- Tairon Main Square: Upon entering Tairon, you'll find Muramasa's shop prominently displayed in the main square. This is a critical location for purchasing new weapons like the Vigorian Flail or upgrading your existing arsenal.
- Strategy: After defeating the first wave of enemies in the square, take a moment to visit Muramasa. Consider upgrading your Dragon Sword or purchasing the Life of the Gods if you have enough essence.
Chapter 12: The Caverns
Even in the depths of the Caverns, Muramasa finds a way to ply his trade, offering a vital lifeline before the final push.
- Underground Passage: After navigating the treacherous lava pits and defeating the numerous fiends, you'll eventually come to a more stable, albeit still dark, underground passage. Muramasa's shop is located in a well-lit alcove off this main path, usually after a significant enemy encounter. This is your last chance to stock up on healing items and upgrade your weapons before the final boss encounters.
- Recommendation: Prioritize purchasing Great Devil Elixirs and any remaining weapon upgrades you can afford. The battles ahead are unforgiving.
