Trial Breakdown: Early Stages (Example)

Trial 1: Novice Gauntlet

  • Objective: Defeat 3 waves of standard Ninja.
  • Enemies: Brown Ninja, Purple Ninja.

  • Enemies: Imps, Berserker.

    1. Wave 1 & 2 (Imps): The Lunar Staff's wide swings are excellent for keeping Imps at bay. Use its strong attack (Y) to launch them into the air for easy follow-ups.
    2. Berserker: Switch to the Dabilahro. Wait for the Berserker's attack animations, then dodge and unleash powerful combos. Its overhead smash (Y) is particularly effective. Be wary of its grab attack.

As you progress, trials will introduce more formidable enemies, such as Greater Fiends, Ghost Fish, and even Bosses.
