Scattered throughout the world are several Orbs of True Knowledge. Collecting these orbs grants you permanent health upgrades and reveals snippets of lore. Some are relatively easy to find, while others are hidden in challenging secret areas or require specific digging spells to access. Collecting all of them is a significant undertaking but greatly increases your survivability.
