Wand Stats Explained:
- Mana Max: The total mana the wand can hold.
- Mana Recharge Speed: How quickly the wand replenishes mana.
- Cast Delay: The time between casting spells. Lower is better.
- Recharge Time: The time it takes for the wand to be ready to cast again after all spells in its queue are cast.
- Spells/Cast: How many spells are cast simultaneously.
- Shuffle: If true, spells are cast in a random order. If false, they are cast sequentially.
