Many chefs in Overcooked! 2 are unlocked by progressing through the main story, achieving specific star ratings on levels, or completing Kevin's Secret Levels. Some are also tied to purchasing DLC packs. For example, completing World 1 might unlock a new chef, while achieving three stars on all levels in a world could unlock another. Check the 'Chefs' section in the main menu to see unlock requirements for each character you haven't yet acquired. Collecting them all is a fun meta-game!
