They are large, shadowy figures that appear suddenly. Their primary weakness is their slow movement and predictable attack pattern once they've targeted you. If an Abductor grabs your car, rapidly accelerating and braking can sometimes dislodge you. Alternatively, if you have a powerful enough weapon or an upgraded Impact Hammer, you can try to damage them directly. The best strategy, however, is avoidance: listen for their distinctive audio cues and drive away from their perceived location as quickly as possible. Some sources suggest that certain car modifications, like a heavier chassis, might make it harder for them to lift your vehicle, but this is unconfirmed.
