Black Marketeers are shady figures who deal in illegal Pal trade. They buy and sell Pals, including rare ones, often at inflated prices. They are also the only vendors who will buy Pals that you've 'butchered' or 'condensed' (though the game doesn't explicitly endorse these actions).
Location:
Black Marketeers are found in hidden, often dangerous, locations such as secluded caves, abandoned mines, or remote islands. Their locations are usually fixed but require exploration to find. They are often guarded by strong Pals or Syndicate Thugs.
Strategy:
Approach Black Marketeers with caution. They can be a good source for specific Pals you're struggling to catch, or a way to offload unwanted Pals for a decent sum of Gold Coins. Be aware that buying Pals from them might be expensive. They are also a good place to sell Pals with negative passive skills that you don't want to keep.
