The Rubber Band is a tricky boss from the Legion of Stationery. It attacks by stretching and snapping at Mario, and can also bind him. Phases: The boss starts coiled up, making it difficult to damage. It then uncoils and attacks more directly. Weaknesses: Its main weakness is its core once its outer layers are removed. The 1,000-Fold Arms are key. Strategy: Your first priority is to remove the outer rubber bands. Align the rings to reach the 'ON' panel and use the 1,000-Fold Arms to pull off the bands. Once enough bands are removed, the core will be exposed. Use your most powerful Hammer attacks on the core. The 'Magic Circle' panel can be used to activate the Water Vellumental power, which can stun the boss and make it vulnerable. Watch out for its 'Rubber Band Snap' attack, which can deal high damage. Rewards: Blue Streamer severed, access to new areas.
