This battle emphasizes precise ring rotations to avoid its powerful water attacks and to set up your own offensive. Once defeated, you'll gain its power. Your final challenge for this chapter is to confront the Rubber Band boss, located at the source of the Blue Streamer. This boss is tricky, requiring you to break its defenses before you can deal significant damage. Sever the streamer to proceed!
