This quest, given by Dialla, requires you to enter the Belly of the Beast and retrieve the Eye of Flame. You'll traverse the Aqueduct and the Belly of the Beast levels. The Belly is a fleshy, organic environment with unique monsters. The Eye of Flame is guarded by a unique monster, Piety, who you'll fight in her corrupted form. Defeating her grants the Eye of Flame.
