Nightclub
The Nightclub heist is a classic for a reason: it offers a good balance of stealth and loud opportunities, with decent payouts. This guide will help you navigate its intricacies, whether you prefer a quiet approach or a full-blown assault.
Stealth Approach
A successful stealth run on Nightclub requires patience, good communication, and careful management of guards and cameras. The primary objective is to secure the safe in the manager's office and escape with the loot.
- Initial Reconnaissance: Upon spawning, immediately identify the camera locations. There are typically 3-4 cameras on the ground floor and 2-3 on the upper floor. One camera often covers the main entrance, another the dance floor, and one or two the back hallways leading to the office and kitchen.
- Disabling Cameras: The most efficient way to disable cameras is to locate the security room. This room is usually found on the upper floor, often near the VIP area or overlooking the dance floor. A single guard patrols this area. Take out the guard quietly and interact with the security monitor to disable all cameras. If you can't find the security room or prefer not to risk it, individual cameras can be shot out, but this will alert nearby guards.
- Manager's Office Access: The manager's office, containing the safe, is located on the upper floor, typically at the back of the club. It's often guarded by one or two patrolling guards.
- Keycard: A keycard is required to open the manager's office door. This keycard can be found on one of the patrolling guards or sometimes on a table in the VIP area. Prioritize finding and securing this keycard.
- Drill: Alternatively, the door can be drilled open. A silent drill (from the Technician skill tree) is highly recommended for stealth. The drill takes approximately 60-90 seconds to complete, so ensure the area is clear of guards and cameras.
- Opening the Safe: Once inside the manager's office, you'll find a safe. This safe requires a drill to open. Again, a silent drill is paramount for stealth. The safe drill takes approximately 120-180 seconds. During this time, one player should remain in the office to monitor the drill and bag the loot, while others manage patrolling guards and potential civilian alerts.
- Loot and Escape: The safe contains money bundles. Bag these up quickly. The escape vehicle will typically spawn in the alleyway behind the club. Carry the loot bags to the escape zone. Be mindful of any remaining civilians or guards who might spot you during the escape.
Loud Approach
If stealth breaks or you prefer a direct assault, the Nightclub can be a chaotic but rewarding loud heist. Prepare for heavy resistance.
- Securing the Ground Floor: Upon going loud, the club will be swarming with civilians and guards. Prioritize controlling the main entrance and the dance floor. Use grenades or molotovs to clear out clusters of enemies.
- Pushing to the Office: Your next objective is to reach the manager's office on the upper floor. The stairs are often a choke point. Consider using flashbangs or smoke grenades to push through.
- Drilling the Safe: Once you reach the manager's office, deploy your drill on the safe. In a loud scenario, the drill will be much faster than in stealth, but you'll face constant waves of police.
- Defense Positions: Set up defensive positions around the office. The hallway leading to the office and the office itself offer good cover. Deploy sentry guns or trip mines to cover flanks and entrances.
- Ammo and Health: Ensure your team has adequate ammo bags and first aid kits/doctor bags deployed strategically. The sustained firefight will deplete resources quickly.
- Loot and Extraction: After the safe is open and the money is bagged, the escape vehicle will be called. It typically spawns in the alleyway behind the club. The path to the escape zone will be heavily contested.
- Coordinated Movement: Move as a team, covering each other as you transport the loot bags. One player can focus on carrying bags while others provide suppressive fire.
- Prioritize Specials: Focus fire on special enemies like Tasered, Shields, and Dozers, as they pose the biggest threat during extraction.
General Tips for Nightclub
- Pre-Planning: use pre-planning to place assets like a keycard drop, ammo bag, or first aid kit in strategic locations, especially near the manager's office or escape route.
- Civilian Control: In both stealth and loud, civilians can be a nuisance. In stealth, tie them down quickly. In loud, they can get in the way of your shots.
- Guard Patrols: Familiarize yourself with the guard patrol routes. They are somewhat randomized but generally cover the main areas.
- Perk Decks:
- Stealth: Burglar is excellent for faster lockpicking and body bag deployment. Ghost skills like Chameleon and Cleaner are also highly beneficial.
- Loud: Anarchist, Stoic, or Kingpin are strong choices for survivability and damage output.
- Equipment:
- Stealth: ECM Jammers are invaluable for temporarily disabling cameras and pagers. Body Bags are essential for disposing of guard bodies.
- Loud: Ammo Bags and Doctor Bags are crucial. Sentry Guns can provide excellent suppressive fire and cover.
