Consumable items are vital for survival in Tartarus. These include healing items (Medicine, Snuff Soul), SP recovery items (Soul Drop, Chewing Soul), status ailment cures (Dis-Poison, Dis-Charm), and battle items (Attack Mirror, Magic Mirror). You can purchase these from the Pharmacy in Paulownia Mall or find them in Tartarus. Always stock up on a good supply of healing and SP recovery items before entering Tartarus. SP recovery items are particularly precious, especially in the early game. Don't be afraid to use them during long Tartarus crawls or tough boss fights. Some rare items can also be obtained from Elizabeth/Theodore requests or by defeating specific shadows.
