Mitsuru is a powerful Ice magic user and a capable support character. Her Persona, Penthesilea, specializes in Bufu (Ice) spells and learns various healing and support skills. She has a very high Magic stat, making her Ice spells devastating. Her weakness is Fire. Equip her with accessories that boost her Magic or protect against Fire damage. Mitsuru also learns Marin Karin and Tentarafoo, which can inflict Charm and Panic respectively, making her excellent for crowd control. Her healing capabilities are secondary to Yukari's, but still valuable. Focus on maximizing her Magic stat to make her Ice spells hit hard.
