Compendium & Completion
The Persona Compendium is an invaluable tool for any Persona 4 Golden player aiming for completion. It serves as a record of all the Personas you have fused and registered, allowing you to re-summon them at any time for a fee. Mastering the Compendium is key to building powerful parties, completing your Persona collection, and achieving certain in-game rewards and trophies.
To effectively utilize the Compendium, you'll need to consistently fuse new Personas and register them. Each time you fuse a Persona, it is automatically added to your Compendium. If you then level up that Persona or teach it new skills, you can re-register it to update its entry. This is crucial for obtaining Personas with optimal skill sets or for acquiring specific Personas needed for challenging battles or Social Link Personas.
The game rewards players for completing portions of the Compendium with special items. These rewards often include discounts on re-summoning Personas from the Velvet Room, making it more cost-effective to experiment with fusions and build your collection. Reaching certain completion percentages, such as 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, will grant increasingly beneficial rewards, culminating in the "Velvet VIP" status, which offers the largest discount.
