February 5th - March 19th: Explore Yomotsu Hirasaka. This is the final dungeon and the most challenging. There is no deadline for this dungeon, but you should aim to clear it before graduation day. Shadows here are extremely powerful, so ensure your party is at max level (around level 85-90) and equipped with the best gear. Fuse the ultimate Personas of your maxed Social Links, especially Izanagi-no-Okami if you're on a New Game+.
Yomotsu Hirasaka Key Shadows:
- Neo Minotaur: Weak to Ice.
- Nemean Beast: Weak to Fire.
- Jotun of Blood: Weak to Elec.
March 20th: If you've reached the end of Yomotsu Hirasaka, you'll face the final boss.
Boss: Izanami & Izanami-no-Okami
- Weakness: None.
- Resistances: None.
- Strategy: This is the ultimate boss fight. Izanami has multiple phases. In her first form, she will use powerful elemental attacks and Almighty skills. She can also inflict various status ailments. Focus on consistent damage, healing, and maintaining buffs/debuffs. After a certain amount of damage, she will transform into Izanami-no-Okami. This form is even more powerful, with devastating Almighty attacks like 'Thousand Curses' and 'Kagutsuchi'. She will also use 'World's End' which can instantly kill your party if you don't have enough HP. The key to victory is to survive her attacks and keep dealing damage. When she uses 'Thousand Curses', you must use the 'Orb of Sight' (a key item you receive earlier) to reveal her true form and make her vulnerable. If you have Izanagi-no-Okami (from New Game+), this fight becomes significantly easier. Otherwise, it's a true test of your party's strength and your Persona fusion skills.
After defeating Izanami-no-Okami, you will witness the true ending of Persona 4. Congratulations, you've saved Inaba and uncovered the truth!
