• Kanji's Dungeon Deadline: If you haven't already, ensure you have cleared Kanji Tatsumi's dungeon, the Steamy Bathhouse, by June 4th. Failing to do so will result in a Game Over. Prioritize this above all else if it's still pending.
• Social Link Prioritization: Continue advancing your active Social Links. Consider spending time with:
  • Chie (Chariot): Her Social Link offers combat benefits.
  • Yukiko (Priestess): Essential for healing and magical prowess.
  • Yosuke (Magician): Boosts his damage and utility.
  • Dojima (Hierophant) / Nanako (Justice): These evening Social Links are excellent for utilizing time when school Social Links are unavailable.
• Stat Building (Knowledge Focus): With midterms approaching, dedicate your evenings to activities that boost your Knowledge stat.

• Evening Study Sessions: Prioritize reading books that boost Knowledge or studying at your desk. Aim for at least 3-4 points of Knowledge increase each evening.
• Daytime Social Links: If you have a Social Link ready to rank up, especially one that offers immediate benefits, consider spending time with them. Otherwise, more study is always good.

June 7th - 10th: Midterm Exams - Ace Your Answers!

The midterm exams are here! Your performance is directly tied to your Knowledge stat. A higher Knowledge stat will lead to better rewards and a larger boost to your Expression stat after the exams. Answering the questions correctly is also crucial.

General Study Strategies:

• Prioritize Knowledge: As mentioned, aim for at least Rank 3 (Scholarly) Knowledge before the exams for a good chance at top scores. Rank 4 (Proficient) or 5 (Sage) will guarantee excellent results.
• Evening Study: In the weeks leading up to the exams, dedicate almost every evening to studying at your desk or reading Knowledge-boosting books.
• Library Visits: The library at Yasogami High School is a great free resource for studying during the day.

Here are the correct answers for each day of the midterm exams:

• June 7th:

June 11th: A New Target Emerges - Rise Kujikawa

Following the exams, a new face will appear on the Midnight Channel: the popular idol Rise Kujikawa. This marks the beginning of the next major investigation arc.

• Midnight Channel Viewing: As usual, after school, the team will gather to watch the Midnight Channel, confirming Rise as the next victim.
• Investigation Begins: The next several days will be dedicated to gathering information about Rise and her connection to the TV World.

June 12th - 19th: Investigating Rise & New Social Links

The investigation into Rise Kujikawa will take up most of this period. You'll need to gather enough information to pinpoint her location in the TV World. This is also a prime time to establish a crucial new Social Link.

Gathering Information about Rise:

To progress the story, you need to hear specific rumors about Rise. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Talk to Students at School:
   • June 12th Onwards (Daytime): Head to the Practice Building, 1F. Talk to the "Female Student" near the bulletin board. She'll mention Rise's recent transfer.
   • Continue Talking: Keep talking to various students around the school. Specifically, look for a "Male Student" near the Classroom 2-2 entrance on 2F of the School Building. He'll mention Rise's family owning a tofu shop.
2. Visit the Central Shopping District:
   • June 13th Onwards (Daytime): Go to the Central Shopping District. You'll overhear conversations about Rise.
   • Specific NPC: Look for the "Gruff Man" standing near the Aiya Diner. He'll mention Rise's family business, the "Marukyu Tofu Shop," and her sudden return.
3. Return to School for More Clues:
   • June 14th Onwards (Daytime): Go back to the School Building, 2F. Talk to the "Female Student" standing in the hallway. She'll mention Rise's recent appearance at the "Marukyu Striptease." This is the crucial piece of information you need.
4. Team Meeting: Once you have enough information (specifically about the "Marukyu Striptease"), the team will automatically meet after school to discuss the findings and plan their next move. This will unlock the next dungeon.

Important Note: You must gather all the necessary information before you can enter the new dungeon. Keep talking to different NPCs until the game prompts you that you have enough clues.

New Social Link: The Hermit (Fox)

This period also marks the availability of one of the most important Social Links in the game, the Hermit Arcana, represented by the Fox.

• Availability: The Fox becomes available around June 12th.
• How to Start:
  1. Go to the Shrine in the Northern Shopping District.
  2. Interact with the Ema board (wooden plaques where people write wishes).
  3. Accept the request to "Find the owner of the lost wallet."
  4. You'll find the wallet near the Samegawa Flood Plain entrance. Return it to the Shrine.
  5. After completing this initial request, the Fox will appear at the Shrine, and you can begin its Social Link.
• Why it's Important: The Hermit Social Link is invaluable because it reduces the cost of healing and support services from the Fox in the TV World. The higher the rank, the cheaper the services. This saves you a significant amount of Yen throughout the game, making dungeon crawling much more efficient. Prioritize ranking this Social Link up whenever possible.

Other Activities during Investigation Period:

• Social Links: Continue to advance other available Social Links, especially those that provide combat advantages or are close to ranking up.
• Part-Time Jobs: Utilize your evenings for part-time jobs to earn money and boost social stats. The Tutoring Job (Knowledge, Expression) and Hospital Janitor (Diligence, Courage, Devil SL) are excellent choices.
• Fishing: If you've acquired a fishing rod, you can spend time at the Samegawa Flood Plain. Fishing can provide items and is a relaxing way to pass time.
