Find the best melee and ranged weapons for each Phantom Thief in Persona 5 Royal. Learn weapon acquisition methods from the Airsoft Shop and Palaces.

Each Phantom Thief has a unique weapon type, affecting their attack power and sometimes granting special effects. Weapons are primarily purchased from the Airsoft Shop (Untouchable) in Shibuya, found in Palaces, or obtained through Persona Itemization.

Weapon Types:

  • Joker: Knives (Melee), Handguns (Ranged)
  • Ryuji: Bludgeons (Melee), Shotguns (Ranged)
  • Ann: Whips (Melee), Submachine Guns (Ranged)
  • Morgana: Scimitars (Melee), Slingshots (Ranged)
  • Yusuke: Katanas (Melee), Assault Rifles (Ranged)
  • Makoto: Fists (Melee), Revolvers (Ranged)
  • Futaba: No Weapons (Support)
  • Haru: Axes (Melee), Grenade Launchers (Ranged)
  • Akechi: Sabers (Melee), Beam Guns (Ranged)

Prioritize upgrading Joker's weapons, as he is your primary damage dealer. Look for weapons with high attack power or beneficial status effects.
