Each day in Persona 5 Royal is divided into two main periods: Daytime and Nighttime. Most actions, from attending classes and hanging out with friends to exploring Palaces and working part-time jobs, consume one of these time slots. Some activities, like studying or crafting, can be done in your room without consuming a time slot, but these are often less impactful than dedicated outings. The key is to make every moment count.

Strategies for effective time management:

Prioritize Confidants: Identify which Confidants you need to rank up and schedule time with them accordingly. Some Confidants offer crucial abilities that enhance combat or exploration. Always check their availability before committing.
Stat Building Integration: Weave social stat-building activities into your schedule. For example, study at the library during the day to increase Knowledge, or work at the Crossroads Bar at night to boost Guts. Rainy days often provide bonuses for indoor activities like studying.
Dungeon Efficiency: Plan your dungeon crawls (Palaces and Mementos) to be as efficient as possible. Ideally, clear a Palace in one go to free up subsequent days for other activities. If a full clear isn't feasible, break it down strategically.
Utilize Free Time Wisely: When you have unscheduled time, consider activities that offer the best return on investment. This could be reading a book, crafting items, or visiting a Confidant who is available.
Part-time Jobs: Use part-time jobs not only for money but also for stat boosts and unique interactions. Some jobs are more beneficial for specific stat gains or at certain points in the game.
