Igor's Role:

The Master of Fate: Igor is the enigmatic proprietor of the Velvet Room, a space that exists between dream and reality. He guides Joker, explaining the nature of his power and the importance of his journey.
Persona Fusion: While the twins handle the day-to-day fusion, Igor oversees the overarching process, ensuring that Joker develops the necessary strength and wisdom through Persona fusion.
Prophecy: Igor often speaks in cryptic prophecies, hinting at Joker's destiny and the challenges he will face. Understanding his words can provide valuable insight into the game's narrative.

Caroline and Justine's Role:

Velvet Room Assistants: These twin wardens are responsible for the practical aspects of Persona management. They assist Joker with Persona fusion, registration, and dismissal.
Persona Fusion: They guide Joker through the fusion process, explaining its mechanics and helping him create new Personas.
Requests: Caroline and Justine issue special requests to Joker, often requiring him to fuse specific Personas with certain skills or defeat challenging enemies. Completing these requests is crucial for unlocking new fusion possibilities and obtaining powerful rewards.
Training: In Persona 5 Royal, Lavenza (their combined form) also oversees training sessions that can grant Joker sificant stat boosts or unique skills.
