Sapporo Jail is characterized by slippery ice floors and freezing temperatures. Movement can be tricky, as you'll slide after every step. Use the environment to your advantage, such as sliding across long stretches of ice to reach distant platforms. Be cautious of ice traps that can freeze your party members, leaving them vulnerable. You'll need to activate various mechanisms, often by finding specific items or defeating guardian Shadows, to open new paths. The Jail also features areas with strong winds that can push you off ledges; time your movements carefully. Look for heat sources or safe zones to recover from the cold status effect, which can drain your HP over time. The layout is less linear than previous Jails, encouraging more exploration to find the correct path to Mariko's Desire.
