Floor 2, 'Hero's Trial', introduces slightly more complex F.O.E. patterns and your first simple environmental puzzles. You'll encounter 'Shadow Kamoshida' F.O.E.s in more confined spaces, requiring careful timing to navigate around them. Some areas will have 'Pressure Plates' that need to be stepped on to open doors elsewhere. These are usually straightforward; step on the plate, and a nearby door will open. Mark these on your map for future reference.
Keep an eye out for 'Treasure Chests' and 'Gathering Points' (sparkling spots on the map) which provide materials for the Workshop. Continue to level up your party and fuse new Personas in the Velvet Room if you have enough materials. Before reaching the boss, there will be a 'Healing Point' (a glowing blue circle) that fully restores your party's HP and SP. This is your cue that a boss battle is imminent. Ensure your party is at full health, has appropriate Sub-Personas equipped, and that you have a good stock of healing items before proceeding through the final door.
