Early Game Essentials (Accumula Town to Nacrene City)
The beginning of your adventure is critical for stocking up on vital supplies. Pay close attention to these early finds:
- Potion: You'll receive your first Potion from your Mom in Nuvema Town before you even leave. Another can be found in a Poké Ball on the ground in Route 1, just north of Nuvema Town.
- Poké Balls: Cheren will give you 10 Poké Balls in Accumula Town after your first battle with him. Additionally, the first Pokémon Center in Accumula Town sells them.
- Antidote: Look for a hidden Antidote near the entrance of Accumula Town, tucked away behind a tree on the left side.
- Paralyze Heal: In Striaton City, after defeating the Gym Leaders, head to the house directly west of the Pokémon Center. Speak to the woman inside to receive a Paralyze Heal.
- TM94 (Rock Smash): This essential HM-like move is given to you by a Hiker in the Striaton City Pokémon Center after you've defeated the Gym Leaders. It's crucial for clearing certain obstacles.
- Great Ball: On Route 2, just before the entrance to the Dreamyard, you'll find a Great Ball in a Poké Ball item on the ground.
- Awakening: Inside the Dreamyard, navigate through the tall grass on the lower level. An Awakening is waiting for you in a visible Poké Ball.

- TM46 (Thief): In the Castelia Sewers, after defeating the Team Plasma Grunts with Burgh, you'll find TM46 in a Poké Ball on the ground in the eastern section.
- Leftovers: Head to the Castelia City Central Plaza. On the far left side, near the fountain, you'll find a hidden Leftovers. Use your Dowsing Machine!
- TM70 (Flash): In the Relic Passage, after entering from Castelia City, take the first path to the right. TM70 is in a Poké Ball.
- Super Rod: In Driftveil City, enter the house directly to the left of the Pokémon Center. Speak to the Fisherman inside, and he will give you the Super Rod.
- TM78 (Bulldoze): After defeating Clay in the Driftveil Gym, he will give you TM78.
- Rare Candy: In the Cold Storage area of Driftveil City, navigate to the far western side. A Rare Candy is located in a visible Poké Ball.
- TM04 (Calm Mind): In Mistralton City, enter the house directly north of the Pokémon Center. Speak to the woman inside to receive TM04.
- TM58 (Sky Drop): After defeating Skyla in the Mistralton Gym, she will give you TM58.
- Max Revive: On Route 7, near the Celestial Tower entrance, there's a Max Revive hidden in the tall grass.
