Lenora, the Nacrene City Gym Leader, specializes in Normal-type Pokémon. Her ace is a Watchog, which can be quite challenging with its Retaliate move. A strong Fighting-type Pokémon is your best bet. If you caught a Timburr or have a powerful Fighting-type move, you should be able to overcome her. She will reward you with the Basic Badge and TM67, Retaliate.
