Pinwheel Forest is a dense area with many wild Pokémon, including Fighting-types like Timburr and Sawk/Throh (version exclusive). You'll also encounter Team Plasma here, who are attempting to steal a Dragon Skull. Defeat them to progress. The forest can be a bit confusing, so pay attention to the paths. It's an excellent place to train your Pokémon.
