The primary tool for initiating rematches is your Xtransceiver. certain key trainers will register their numbers with you. After defeating the Elite Four, these trainers become available for calls, which can lead to a rematch.

Calling Frequency: Trainers typically call you, or you can call them, at specific times of day. It's not guaranteed they'll want a rematch every time, but persistence pays off!
Location Matters: Some trainers will only agree to a rematch if you are in a specific location or if certain in-game events have occurred.

Strategy: Their teams are well-balanced, often featuring the fully evolved forms of their starter Pokémon and other diverse types. Bring a varied team to counter their strengths. Cheren's team leans towards physical attackers, while Bianca often uses special attackers.
Rewards: Good experience and a decent amount of prize money.

Gym Leaders

Yes, you can rematch the Gym Leaders! This is a fantastic way to earn money and experience, especially since their teams are significantly upgraded.

Availability: Gym Leaders can be rematched after you've defeated the Elite Four. You'll often need to call them on your Xtransceiver at specific times or days.

- Cilan, Chili, Cress (Striaton City): These trio leaders can be rematched in the Striaton City Restaurant. You'll battle them one after another. Their Pokémon will be in the mid-60s.
