- Raichu (Lv. 46): Electric. Ability: Static. Moves: Thunderbolt, Quick Attack, Focus Blast, Charge Beam.
- Ambipom (Lv. 47): Normal. Ability: Technician. Moves: Double Hit, Swift, Shock Wave, U-turn.
- Luxray (Lv. 47): Electric. Ability: Intimidate. Moves: Thunder Fang, Crunch, Ice Fang, Fire Fang.
- Electivire (Lv. 50): Electric. Ability: Motor Drive. Moves: Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Giga Impact.
Weaknesses: Ground (Raichu, Luxray, Electivire), Fighting (Ambipom).
Strategy:
- Ground-type Pokémon: Garchomp, Hippowdon, Torterra, or Rhyperior are your best bet. Earthquake will sweep through most of his team.
- Fighting-type Pokémon: Infernape or Lucario can handle Ambipom.
- General Tips: Be careful of Raichu's Focus Blast (low accuracy but powerful Fighting move). Ambipom is Normal-type, so Ground moves won't affect it. Luxray has good coverage with its elemental fangs. Electivire is Volkner's ace, with powerful elemental punches and Giga Impact. If you have a Pokémon with the Lightning Rod or Volt Absorb ability, they can switch in safely against Electric attacks.
