After defeating Byron, head to the Canalave Library. You'll meet Professor Rowan, Dawn/Lucas, and Barry. They'll discuss the legendary Pokémon of the lakes. Suddenly, an earthquake strikes. Head to Lake Valor (east of Pastoria City). You'll find it drained and full of Magikarp. Team Galactic is here, and you'll battle several Grunts. After clearing them out, head to Lake Acuity (north of Snowpoint City). Here, you'll find Commander Jupiter and Mars. You'll battle them in a double battle with Barry. After defeating them, they'll retreat. Your next destination is the Team Galactic HQ in Veilstone City.
