After defeating Gardenia, head to the Team Galactic Eterna Building in the north-east of Eterna City. You'll see Cynthia, a mysterious woman, outside. She'll give you an HM01 (Cut). Use Cut to enter the building. Inside, you'll find several Team Galactic Grunts. Battle your way through them. On the top floor, you'll encounter Commander Jupiter. Her main Pokémon is a Skuntank (Lv. 20) in Diamond or a Purugly (Lv. 20) in Pearl. Skuntank is Poison/Dark, weak to Ground. Purugly is Normal, weak to Fighting. Defeat her to rescue the stolen Pokémon. After the battle, you'll receive a Bicycle from the Bike Shop owner, allowing for faster travel.
