Pokémon Super Contests are a fun alternative to battling, focusing on your Pokémon's appearance and performance. They are held in Hearthome City. There are four categories: Cool, Beauty, Cute, Smart, and Tough, each with four ranks: Normal, Great, Ultra, and Master. To succeed, you'll need to:
- Groom your Pokémon: Use Poffins (made in the Poffin House in Hearthome City) to boost your Pokémon's Contest stats (Coolness, Beauty, Cuteness, Smartness, Toughness).
- Dress up: In the Visual Competition, dress your Pokémon in accessories to match the Contest theme.
- Perform: In the Dance Competition, tap the buttons in rhythm. In the Acting Competition, use your Pokémon's moves strategically to impress the judges and avoid jamming other Pokémon.
Winning Contests can earn you Ribbons and unlock new accessories. It's a great way to bond with your Pokémon and show off their non-battle talents.
