Winona specializes in Flying-type Pokémon, including Swellow, Pelipper, Skarmory, and Altaria. Electric, Ice, and Rock-type moves are super effective. Manectric, Magneton, or a Pokémon with Ice Beam will be very useful. Be careful of Altaria's Dragon-type. Defeating Winona earns you the Feather Badge and TM40 (Aerial Ace). This badge allows you to use HM02 (Fly) outside of battle.
