In Rustboro City, you'll face Roxanne, the Rock-type Gym Leader. After defeating her, you'll need to pursue Team Aqua/Magma again to retrieve the Devon Goods. This chase will lead you through Rusturf Tunnel and eventually to Slateport City, where you'll encounter the villainous team's leader for the first time. Prepare for more battles and exploration.
