Brawly uses Fighting-type Pokémon, including Machop and Makuhita. Flying and Psychic-type moves are super effective. If you chose Torchic, its Combusken evolution will be part Fighting-type, making it a strong choice. Swellow or Wingull are also good options. Defeating Brawly earns you the Knuckle Badge, allowing you to use HM03 (Surf) outside of battle.
