Phoebe is the second Elite Four member, specializing in Ghost-type Pokémon. Her team includes Dusclops (x2), Banette (x2), and Sableye. Ghost and Dark-type moves are super effective. Normal and Fighting-type moves have no effect. Sableye has no weaknesses due to its Ghost/Dark typing. Focus on strong offensive Pokémon to take them down quickly.
