After the weather crisis is resolved, you can challenge Juan, the Water-type Gym Leader (Wallace's replacement). His team includes Luvdisc, Whiscash, Sealeo, and Kingdra. Electric and Grass-type moves are super effective. Sceptile or Manectric will be excellent choices. Defeating Juan earns you the Rain Badge and TM03 (Water Pulse). This badge allows you to use HM07 (Waterfall) outside of battle.
