Lorelei is the first member of the Elite Four, specializing in Ice and Water-type Pokémon. Her team includes a Level 54 Dewgong, a Level 53 Cloyster, a Level 54 Slowbro, a Level 56 Jynx, and a Level 56 Lapras. Electric and Grass-type moves are highly effective against most of her team. Fighting and Rock-type moves are also useful against Ice-types. Be wary of Jynx's Lovely Kiss (sleep) and Ice Beam. Lapras is bulky and hits hard. Focus on type advantages and status conditions.
