Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket, is also the Viridian City Gym Leader. He specializes in Ground-type Pokémon. His team includes a Level 45 Rhyhorn, a Level 42 Dugtrio, a Level 44 Nidoqueen, a Level 45 Nidoking, and a powerful Level 50 Rhydon. Water and Grass-type moves are super effective against all of them. Flying and Ice-type moves are also good against some. Rhydon has incredibly high Defense, so hit it with special Water or Grass attacks. This is your final Gym challenge!
