To use the Cycling Road, you'll need a Bicycle, which you can obtain in Cerulean City by trading the Bike Voucher (found in Vermilion City) at the Bike Shop. Head west from Celadon City onto Route 16, then south onto Route 17 and 18. This is a downhill path, so you'll move quickly. It's filled with many trainers, so be prepared for battles. This route leads directly to Fuchsia City.
