Kanto and the Sevii Islands are home to several legendary Pokémon. Articuno can be found in the Seafoam Islands, Zapdos in the Power Plant, and Moltres on One Island's Mt. Ember. After completing the Sevii Islands quest, you can also encounter Mewtwo in Cerulean Cave. Additionally, one of the legendary beasts (Raikou, Entei, or Suicune) will roam Kanto after you defeat the Elite Four, depending on your starter Pokémon. Catching these powerful Pokémon is a true test of skill.
