With all eight badges in hand, head west from Viridian City onto Route 22, then north onto Route 23, which leads to Victory Road. Victory Road is a challenging cave filled with strong trainers and wild Pokémon. You'll need HM04 (Strength) and HM06 (Rock Smash) to navigate it. After emerging from Victory Road, you'll reach the Indigo Plateau, home of the Elite Four and the Pokémon League Champion. Prepare for the ultimate challenge!
