Strategy: Lilligant is graceful but deadly, using dancing attacks and creating shockwaves. Her attacks have distinct patterns; learn to time your dodges. After a series of attacks, she will often pause, leaving her open for Balm throws. When she becomes exhausted, send out a Pokémon to battle her. Fighting her will stun her, giving you more time for Balms. Repeat until she is calmed. Fire, Flying, Poison, and Ice-type Pokémon are effective against her in battle.
