Many Pokémon in Hisui evolve through specific items. These can be found in Space-Time Distortions, purchased from the Trading Post in Jubilife Village using Merit Points, or rarely found in the wild:
- Fire Stone, Water Stone, Thunder Stone, Leaf Stone, Ice Stone, Sun Stone, Moon Stone, Dawn Stone, Dusk Stone, Shiny Stone: Standard elemental evolution stones.
- Link Cable: Replaces trade evolutions.
- Protector, Reaper Cloth, Electirizer, Magmarizer, Dubious Disc, Up-Grade: For specific Pokémon evolutions.
- Black Augurite, Peat Block, Razor Claw, Razor Fang: New Hisuian evolution items.
