The Arc Phone is given to you very early in your adventure, shortly after you arrive in the Hisui region and are introduced to the Galaxy Expedition Team. After waking up in a strange place and meeting Professor Laventon, you'll be tasked with joining the Survey Corps. Your first official duty involves reporting to Commander Kamado at the Pearl Clan's home base. Upon your return to Jubilife Village, you'll be formally inducted into the team and receive your very own Arc Phone. This event marks the true beginning of your exploration and research into the wild Pokémon of Hisui. The Arc Phone will become your constant companion, displaying your current mission objectives, the map of the areas you've unlocked, and even your Pokédex progress. familiarize yourself with its functions as you'll rely on it heavily throughout your playthrough.
