At this point in the game, you will find yourself unable to fully explore the Pokémon Tower. A mysterious, ghostly presence blocks your path, preventing entry into the deeper sections of the tower. This spectral entity is a key element of the ongoing narrative and hints at the challenges that lie ahead. The town itself offers essential services, including a Pokémon Center for healing and a Poké Mart for stocking up on supplies. However, the focus of Lavender Town is undeniably its connection to the Pokémon Tower and the mystery surrounding the ghostly disturbances. To overcome the spectral barrier and progress through the Pokémon Tower, you will need to acquire the Silph Scope, a crucial Key Item that is obtained by venturing into the Team Rocket Hideout. Once you possess the Silph Scope, you will be able to see and interact with the ghosts, allowing you to resolve the mystery and continue your journey. Lavender Town serves as a pivotal point in the story, introducing a darker, more mysterious element to your adventure and requiring you to confront the unknown.
