Phoebe is the second Elite Four member, specializing in Ghost-type Pokémon. Ghost-types are weak to Ghost and Dark-type moves. Her team includes two Dusclops, a Banette, a Sableye, and a Chandelure. Dusclops and Banette are pure Ghost-types. Sableye is Ghost/Dark, making it immune to Fighting and Psychic, and only weak to Fairy. Chandelure is Ghost/Fire. A strong Dark-type Pokémon like Mightyena, Sharpedo, or Absol will be very effective against most of her team. Ghost-type moves from your own Ghost Pokémon are also good. Be cautious of Sableye's Prankster ability (if it has it) and its lack of weaknesses (except Fairy). Chandelure's high Special Attack can be dangerous. Consider bringing a Pokémon with a strong Fairy-type move for Sableye. Your Pokémon should be around Level 55-60.
